WampServer is a platform for Web development under Windows. It allows you to develop dynamic Web applications using the Apache 2 server, the scripting language PHP and a MySQL database. It also has PHPMyAdmin to more easily manage your databases.
As you'll see, WampServer installs easily and allows its use very intuitive to configure quickly (without touching the configuration files).
Unlike other solutions, WampServer allows you to faithfully reproduce your production server. Once the installed base, you can add as many versions of Apache, MySQL and PHP that you want.
